Another Christmas Commission

I think I can get away with posting this a day early as I'm pretty sure the recipient won't see it on here. My client says she loves it but thinks her friend looks very sad. I think she looks intense (and maybe a little bit sad!)

A friend's Gran in Casablanca!

A friend asked me if I could paint his Gran for a Christmas present and mentioned she really likes the film Casablanca so I suggested a scene where she fills the shoes of Ingrid Bergman toasting Humphrey Bogart whilst Sam serenades them both! (I did intend to include a background of the restaurant/bar in the film complete with waiters in fez and exotic plants but that ol' demon called Time got the better of me!)

New Year's Eve Illustration

I was honoured to be asked by the legend that is 'Stick It On' to provide the illustration for their New Year's Eve promotional material. They're doing a 'world record attempt' for the most dj's in one night where anyone can apply to dj.
